Intro to Yoga Philosophy with Arielle
We humans are heartbreakingly mortal, and living on an organic, ever-changing planet. No wonder we often feel anguish, anger, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, and fear.
Yet, we also have incredible capacity for kindness, love, generosity, and happiness. The ancient Yogis believed that the key to peace, love, and joy lies in the magnificent human capacity for imagination, storytelling, and thought. The non-dogmatic philosophy that they developed so long ago has stood the test of time, because the universal human experience is timeless. This 10-week group-based discussion satsang will be a deep dive into the first two books of The Yoga Sutras of Patajali. Together, we will explore the root causes of suffering, the essence of joy, and -- no small thing -- what the ancient Yogis tell us is the meaning of life. You will leave with timeless tools and practices from Yoga wisdom to enhance your life with meaning and joy. For questions email Arielle |
