Arielle Silver (MFA, RYT-500, E-RYT-200, YACEP) is the co-creator of Bhavana Flow Yoga, a style of Yoga that incorporates self-awareness and visualization in conjunction with a flowing physical asana practice. Deeply inspired by yogic philosophy and the vinyasa/hatha traditions, her teaching incorporates a body-positive holistic approach, drawing on anatomy and alignment alongside breath, mindset, storytelling, and more.
Since 2009, Arielle has taught at yoga studios, on retreats, and for private clients, corporate offices, community events, and women's shelters. With Darby, she has co-lead Create & Flow retreats since 2016. In addition to yoga, Arielle is a performing singer/songwriter and literary writer, and teaches creative writing and creativity studies at Antioch University Los Angeles and for the International Women's Writing Guild. She earned her multi-genre MFA at AULA, and holds degrees in Psychology from Brandeis University and Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. www.ariellesilver.com |
