Arielle Silver (MFA, RYT-500, E-RYT-200, YACEP) is the co-creator of Bhavana Flow Yoga, a style of Yoga that incorporates self-awareness and visualization in conjunction with a flowing physical asana practice. Deeply inspired by yogic philosophy and the vinyasa/hatha traditions, her teaching incorporates a body-positive holistic approach, drawing on anatomy and alignment alongside breath, mindset, storytelling, and more.
Since 2009, Arielle has taught at yoga studios, on retreats, and for private clients, corporate offices, community events, and women's shelters. With Darby, she has co-led Create & Flow retreats since 2016. In addition to yoga, Arielle is a performing singer/songwriter, literary writer, and workshop facilitator. She serves on the board of the Folk Alliance Region West (FAR-West) branch of Folk Alliance International, and teaches on Arts and Creative Writing faculty at Antioch University Los Angeles. She earned her multi-genre MFA at AULA, and holds degrees in Psychology from Brandeis University and Clarinet and Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. www.ariellesilver.com |
